For good immunity

  • Eat healthy foods (vegetables: fruits, vegetables and vegetables) lean meats, fish, chicken and eggs.

  • Have a regular sleep schedule. Sleep at least 8 hours.

  • Drink a lot of water. On average 35 mL per kg of body weight.

  • Exercise at least 4 times a week.

  • Reduce the stress level in your life. Look for alternatives! Yoga, meditation, music therapy, aromatherapy… there are many options. See what's best for you.
